Negative Space

Lately I've been seeing a lot of 'Negative Space' nail art, where part of the design involves no polish, and utilizing your natural nail colour to create negative space. It looks cool and all, until you realize how yellow your nail beds have become. Part of the reason is due to all the chemicals in polishes, and part of the reason is because no base coat was applied. There are many diys on how to remove the yellowing, or you can buff it gently, with a proper buffer of course. I use OPI's buffer which I really like and recommend.
Negative Space nails are super easy because you can design it any way you want; geometric shapes, hearts, lines, flowers, etc., and it will look cool because of the negative and positive colour contrast.
