L'Oreal Sublime Bronze
I semi reviewed the Jergens Natural Glow long ago and I dont think I gave my final thoughts so here it is: IT SUCKS DONT BUY IT! I hated the smell, it didnt firm nor make me look any darker so I was really reluctant to buy L'Oreal's Sublime Bronze.
I only decided to purchase this bc it seems as though that many of my readers lately are looking for a self tanner (hence the soaring views of my Jergens post) and I guess I volunteered to be the test subject.
Initial thoughts:
- the scent is similar to the JNG but less so and more citric?
- IT WORKS! but becareful, I was reading the 'how to use' and it said spray onto skin and rub. little did I think and rubbed it with my hands and soon after, only my palms were disgustingly orange lmao!
- it says anti-streak, but I dont get how it could be
- the colouration is a little odd too, some parts are extremely tinted and others nada, even though I rub everywhere "evenly"
- my face is still pale even though Ive used the most on it
Other notes:
- its spray method is a little questionable
- the formula in the bottle looks more like oil but when you spritz it, it's pretty much liquid like so you cant really get an even coverage
- it sets really fast so work sections
- safe for daily use
- colour fades the more you wash
I can tell I look tanner but I'm trying not to be so drastic and going slow so based on pictures you wont be able to tell, but photos will come later on~
